Two complete self-directed retreats that together form a unique arc — grounding you in the living world, then guiding you towards a deeper sense of who you are becoming. Four days. A practice you will want to return to.
A limited number of early bird places available now · Price rises to £140 at launch.
"These two retreats are complete in themselves, but together they form a unique arc designed to help you lay a wonderful foundation for new beginnings."
Each retreat stands alone. Together, they take you somewhere deeper — from a grounded relationship with the natural world to a renewed sense of direction, purpose, and what it truly means to live as yourself.
One immersive day. Grounded in real science. Entirely practical and entirely your own. The day takes you through the evidence and experience of why human happiness is so deeply tied to the living world, and gives you a set of simple, accessible practices to carry forward.
Three days to remember, listen, and begin to articulate what you are becoming. Drawing on Dr Juno's original cross-cultural research, Becoming takes you deeper into purpose, direction, and a renewed capacity to live from your deepest values.
Complete access to Happiness and Becoming, with all written materials, audio guides, and outdoor practices for each.
Complete freedom to work at your own pace, in your own time. Return to either retreat at any season, in any year.
Your early support helps bring this work into being. You will receive full access to all resources as soon as they are released in May 2026.
The knowledge that your early support is helping to bring this work into being — and a foundation you will want to return to.
A small number of early bird bundle places are available now, at a reduced rate, for people who want both retreats and are happy to secure their place before launch.

Dr Juno Quaintrell
Founder, Eden Rooted · PhD Anthropology & Musicology
I have spent almost two decades exploring what it really means for humans to live in relationship with the Earth we co-evolved with. The journey eventually led me to ask: how do we bring what nature-centred communities call our 'oldest knowledge' back into the everyday lives of people in industrialised societies who have lost touch with it? Eden Rooted is my answer to that question.
I have a PhD in anthropology and musicology, a background in teaching, lecturing, and the arts, and I'm a permaculturalist, forager, and home herbalist. I work with depth, warmth, and complete commitment to wellbeing.
